These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ZDUDS website, customer accounts, products, checkout, communications, and related services. In these terms, “ZDUDS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the ZDUDS brand and online store.
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order independently, or use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, city, and order details. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for keeping account credentials confidential.
2. Products and Product Information
ZDUDS aims to describe products, colours, materials, fits, measurements, and images accurately. However, colours may vary because of lighting, photography, screens, fabric batches, and manufacturing tolerances. Minor differences that do not materially affect the product may not constitute a defect.
Product availability, sizing, specifications, and packaging may change without prior notice. Size guides are general guidance; customers should review the measurements before ordering.
3. Prices and Charges
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts, and any other applicable amounts are shown at checkout.
ZDUDS may correct pricing, discount, description, or stock errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact the customer, correct the order with consent, or cancel it. Any eligible prepaid amount will be handled according to the Refund Policy.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order submission is a request to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. ZDUDS may accept, hold, verify, limit, or cancel an order because of stock availability, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, duplicate orders, payment issues, courier limitations, pricing errors, or other reasonable operational concerns.
An order may require confirmation before dispatch, particularly for Cash on Delivery.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations. Customers must provide a reachable telephone number and may need to confirm their name, address, products, sizes, and payable amount.
ZDUDS may restrict COD or require advance payment where there is a history of refused parcels, failed deliveries, unreachable contact details, suspicious ordering, or repeated cancellations.
6. Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments processed by third-party providers are also subject to those providers' terms and security procedures.
Customers must not submit unauthorised, fraudulent, or misleading payment information.
7. Shipping, Delivery, Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
The Shipping and Delivery Policy, Cancellation and COD Confirmation Terms, Returns and Exchange Policy, and Refund Policy form part of these Terms of Service. Customers should review them before ordering.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions may have separate eligibility rules, dates, minimum-order values, usage limits, product exclusions, and availability conditions. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers, applied retrospectively, or used after expiry.
ZDUDS may cancel or correct a promotion affected by technical error, misuse, fraud, or inaccurate publication.
9. Customer Reviews and Content
If you submit a review, photograph, message, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant ZDUDS permission to use, reproduce, and display submitted content for customer support, product improvement, and marketing, unless you clearly request otherwise and the law requires removal.
ZDUDS may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, or infringing content.
10. Intellectual Property
The ZDUDS name, Z monogram, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, product artwork, text, videos, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to ZDUDS. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not use the website to:
- Commit fraud or place false orders.
- Interfere with website security or operation.
- Upload malware or harmful code.
- Collect another person's information without authority.
- Copy or misuse ZDUDS intellectual property.
- Use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service.
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers, social media, analytics, and communication tools. ZDUDS does not control every aspect of those third-party services and is not responsible for their independent terms, content, availability, or privacy practices.
13. Website Availability
ZDUDS aims to keep the website available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZDUDS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Customers must follow product-care instructions. ZDUDS is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, alteration, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, violation of these terms, fraud, or infringement of another person's rights.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules.
17. Changes to These Terms
ZDUDS may update these terms when the website, products, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
